We often get the same questions over and over again, so we thought it would be good to have a page to answer our customers’ most frequent questions. If you can’t find a question or answer on this page, please feel free to contact us, and we will be more than happy to answer your questions.
As a small company it is important that we give our employees time off to rest. In the event that you find yourself needing service we will try our best to respond at the beginning of the following business day. We can usually rectify any unsafe condition by walking you through the steps of discontinuing power to the affected area to keep your home or business safe until normal working hours. This will also save you the cost of an emergency trip fee.
We do accept all major credit cards.

No, We currently do not install fire alarm systems.

No, we currently do not install security systems.

Yes, there is $200 service call fee for calls that come in after hours. If work is scheduled in advance we will make provisions to accommodate work requests for Saturdays. We do not work on Sundays.

No, we do not repair appliances.
